Wednesday, November 2 2011 FARMERS INDEPENDENT, Bagley, Minnesota - Page 2 ,&apos;q Douglas Mondt ~ 1986-2011 Douglas Wayne Mondt, 25, of Clearbrook, died on Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2011 as the result of an automobile accident near Clearbrook. His funeral was held Saturday, Oct. 29, at the Faith Bible Chapel of Clover near Leonard, with Pastor Kent Dudley officiating. Doug was born on Oct. 25, 1986 in Dickinson, N.D. the son of Wayne and Darlene (Grahn) Mondt. He moved to the Clearbrook area in 1989 and was a graduate of the Clearbrook-Gonvick Stanton 'Bud' Johnson, 87, of Solway, died Monday, Oct. 24, 2011 at Havenwood Care Center, Bemidji. His funeral was held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 29 at the Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home Bemidji. Visitation was held from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28 at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service. High School. While in school sisters, Elishe Mondt of he worked at Kubiak Foods in Bagley and the Clearbrook Elevator. He attended the Northwest Technical College in Bemidji and was currently employed by Minnesota Dehydrated Vegetables. Doug liked to help others, spend time with family and friends, trucks, hunting, fishing, and watching movies and listening to music. He is survived by his son, Hunter of Lake Itasca; father and step-mother, Wayne and Jen Mondt of Clearbrook; Moorhead, Miehelle Mondt and friend Jeff of Chicago, Carlene (Red) Holmvik of Bejou, Minn., Catharyn Mondt of Clearbrook; brother, Dustin (Megan) Mondt of Bemidji; step-sister, Dazi Connor of Fertile; step-brother, Damon Connor of Hibbing. He was preceded in death by his mother, Darlene Mondt, step-mother, Ann Mondt; and grandparents. The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted with the arrangements. Stanton Johnson 1923-2011 Interment was in the Solway Cemetery, Lammers Township. Stanton Bueford Johnson was born Dec. 9, 1923 in Solway, to Sigurd and Rena (Winge) Johnson. He grew up and attended school in Solway and high school in Bemidji. He married Bernice Hegg Feb. 10, 1945 in Shevlin. They lived in Solway where he farmed. He worked for about eight years for Bennett Mining in Kewatin, Minn. He enjoyed dancing and playing cards. He is survived by his daughters, Carol Lynn of Bagley, Bonnie (David) Johnson of Bemidji, Linda (Fred) Cassidy of Pinewood, Karen (Brad) Schroth of Bemidji, Julie Mihm of Minneapolis, Terri Huewe of Solway, Mary Jo (Rick) Grimsley of Bemidji and Anne Sand of Solway; son, Stanton 'Brad' (Holly) Johnson of Solway; numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Bernice; two brothers, Glen Johnson and Vem Johnson. Arrangements were entrusted to the Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bemidji. During her high school years, she worked at the nursing home in Bagley and was active in 4-H. After high school, Mardy her degree she worked as an administrative assistant for East Metro. In 2007, Mardy and Joel moved to Canby. She loved being a mother to her kids and a grandmother to her grandchildren. Mardy attended Bemidji Vocational enjoyed baking, canning, School to become a Dental sewing quilts and caring for Assistant.
